The observatory has a warm room that serves as an equipment room providing complete sleeping and bathroom facilities should you decide to bring your equipment to our location for setup.

Special pricing is available for 6 month and annual leases. A pier can be immediately reserved pending observatory completion for $250 that will be applied to the first month’s rental upon equipment installation.
The observatory provides space for your tripod or pier if you choose to mount your telescope in that manner. If not we can provide a custom steel pier made to your specifications at your cost.
